 We did get out when the sun came out this afternoon and had a nice walk! Wonder what adventures await me in 2012???   Can't wait to see...so do come along with me!  Wuff you!!!

It's Thursday......the year is almost over

In the meantime I am getting in lots of walks outside in the absolutely gorgeous weather as well as alot of play time (can you say toss the ball and I will get it?!) with my mom.  I love vacation!!

Where Did Christmas Go???

By mid morning Christmas was all gone!!!!  It looks rather empty around here, if you ask me.  My mom even took off my holiday collar and put on my regular one.  I hope this doesn't mean she is going back to work! (hmm...heard her say she has 5 days off...including today)  Good!  More "Brooke time" for me!!!!
We already went on two walks today!!  Nice sunny weather-love it!  Wuffs to you all!!

Tuesday

Today is my mom's birthday...I will be making sure she knows I adore her...esp. if she gives me a favorite treat...just sayin!  Birthday wuffs to you mom...I wuff you very much!!!

The Monday After Christmas

Another dark day out...at least this morning.  I think I need another nap! Holidays wear me out!  I need to be ready to entertain my mom on her birthday tomorrow..hmm.....wonder if there will be any Frosty paws...oh yeah...that's for me!  Wuff ya mom!!!

Christmas Afternoon

My mom left me while she went ot the movies...sigh..but I needed the sleep.  Then she took me for a walk and I snuggled next to her while she watched a DVD and read. She told me it will be quiet around here again...no guests every night...hmmm...I have her all to myself and I rather like that!

What A Pampered Mini Girl Wants!

I must give a shout out to my special friend Jo.  She got me a doggie bling jewelry box...it is great! I can store my different collars and collar charms in it!! A pampered mini like me can never have too much doggie bling!!! wuff ya Jo!!!

Rainy, dark Xmas Eve Day

Every time my mom takes me out, it is raining...and you know how I hate getting wet! It has been raining nonstop---she keeps a towel by the door and rubs me down when we come in.  I heard her tell someone it's suppose to rain non-stop thru tomorrow! OMD--I know we need the rain, but alittle break would be nice.  Hmmm wonder of there is a rain slicker under the tree for me, just sayin.

Christmas Eve is here!!  Santa Paws comes tonite...well after the dinner guests leave!!!!  May you all have a wonderful day....wuffs to all and to all a good nite (well that is when night gets here....it's so dark out right now that it feels like night time!! BOL!!)

It sure felt good today to just snooze and relax....tomorrow is Christmas Eve and we are having a dinner and guests after the Xmas Eve Church service...which means more play time for me...and then Santa Paws comes...my oh my it is the most wonderful time of the year!!!  Wuffs to you all!!

Two more days till Christmas!  Today is another day of relaxing as my mom is going out...without me (can you believe it?!).

Hey...even Santa Paws is taking  a snooze!  I slept most of the dark rainy morning away.  When my mom wanted to go out for a walk...I turned around and went back to my doggie bed...hey this entertaining has worn me out!  She did drag me out awhile ago and when we came back in I ran to my favorite chair and stretched out to snooze.....isn't that what vacation is for....lots of R and R??  Wuffs to you all!!

Have you seen Santa Paws yet???  I am tired after a full day of entertaining yesterday. It was sooo wonderful to see Martha and in my domain so she could see my charming schnau personality. (Eddie b scares me)  Then last night it was another special friend......my oh my the guests and  gifts just keep coming!!! Need to rest up for tonights festivities!!!

Day 20 ~ Schnauzer Christmas Countdown

OMD!  Fun was had by all last night!!!  Thanks for the new toy Pam...love it (as you could tell by my grrr response!) I have a new friend in Dan......he scratches behind my ears quite nicely!  I was so tired after fetching the ball and playing that I was asleep before 10 p.m.!! Today brings two visits...I can hardly contain myself...wuffs to you all!!!!!

Well I must say...a B  B  and B  (Bath/bow out and brush) is easier to endure than a full blown groom!!! I look wonderful if I must say so myself.  I took alittle nap and need to eat alittle dinner and then I will be ready to fetch the ball and entertain guests when they arrive tonite!

Today I have my bath/blowout and brush!  I will look perfect to begin receiving guests as tonite starts the steady flow of visitors each eve--woo hooo wuff--lots of tossing and fetching for me. (I hope she does not dress me up each night...someone please tell her for me, ok?!)

Happy Thanksgiving

My mom went to a Thanksgiving dinner without me AND let cats on her lap (can you believe it?!)  She did, however bring a "doggie bag" of turkey home for me so I have to give her credit for that! Wuff ya mom!!!

Dog Sunday Afternoon

I am relaxing after completing all my Xmas cards...now I just have to autograph them for my fans!  It's muggy out and my mom is still getting over the broncitus so it's a lazy afternoon here! Wuffs to all!

TDIF Tomorrow

What a week I have had.  I was dumped.....err I mean left at the vets on Tuesday for a shot and groom.  I look very beautiful if I must say so myself! My mom is still sick and I have been trying to take care of her.  She is staying home tomorrow as per dr's orders and I for one am glad.  Feel better mom so we can go on walks and play......I am concerned about you!  Wuff ya!!!

Ahhh Sunday Afternoon

It's my favorite time of day...a Sunday afternoon....a short nap with my mom....alittle throw and fetch.....life is good!  Only a week and a half and it's five days off for Thanksgiving....I am so ready and I know my mom is too.  Now if only she hadn't scheduled me for a shot and groom on Tuesday...I mean come on now......what is up with that......hmmm?!??

Awesome Dog Walking Weather

It has been an awesome weekend weather wise for dog walking!  My mom has been gone alot, however when she has been home I have been in her lap!! I wish she didn't have to go back to work tomorrow! Wuff ya mom!!!

My Mom's Kindle

I really like this thing called a Kindle because my mom can hold it in one hand and still pet me while I lay in her lap...works for me!!!! Wuff ya mom!!!!!

Bath Day

I knew this day would come...sooner than later.  So there I was napping and my mom calls me and I thought we were going for a walk- NOT!!! A bath and then rub down with the leave in medicated lotion...then she dried me and brushed me out. At least it's in the past...now where are my special treats mom..hmmm?!?!!!

I can see the weekend coming...

and I do believe it is now here...yeah mom...take me for a walk and I want some quailty lap time and of course some yummy treats!!!!!

Over The Hump Yeah

It is Wed which mean the weekend is close.  The weather is cooler...makes me frisky!!! I love to play in cooler temps and snuggle underneath the blanket at night with my mom!!!!

Monday

So it was the start of a new work week which meant my mom had to go back to school.  Can you tell I was less than thrilled?! (no one to throw the ball for me)

it's still raining...

and I just had to go so I stood out there in the rain and went!  There hasn't been a whole day of rain like this since last Feb. I let my mom dry me off...sigh..I despise getting wet!!!

A Rainy Sunday

Even though it was a light rain I balked at going out and you know my mom - she picked me up and took me out! I hate getting wet and yes I know we need the rain...grrrrr.

It's Saturday Afternoon

....and I am getting ready to go in search of my mom's lap!  I heard her come in--she was gone all morning. (I sneaked a peek at her Facebook and saw she was at the spa--) Hmmmm I thought there were only Doggie Spas for pampered minis like me!

Monday

Back to work day for my mom.  When she came home after work, off we went for a 2 mile walk! It sure was nice outside...love this cooler weather.  Time for a nap!

October 2 - Another Beautiful Day

My mom took me out early and we did 2 miles.  She let me lounge around all day...all the windows and screened back patio dr are open...there is a nice breeze blowing.  I heard her tell someone she was taking me on another walk after dinner which means any minute she should be calling me..opps..I hear her calling so a walking we will go!!!!
